Venetian Terrace Condo Association is a community located in the city of Boynton Beach, FL. We are a proactive community built between 1978 and 1980. We are a Condo Owners Association (not rental community) of 152 units distributed in 14 buildings with a clubhouse, pool, and many more amenities.

General Information
Hours to perform work in the community: [Work should be performed with extreme caution to avoid disturbing neighbors. The hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If work is conducted on weekends, additional precautions must be taken to minimize any disturbances.
Requirements to access roof: Roof access requires at least 24 hours' notice. The management company will coordinate with the contractor to facilitate this access. Only individuals with insurance coverage will be permitted on the roof; homeowners and residents are not allowed to access the roof.
